Service tech was great. He was very friendly did amazing work. All the work was reasonably priced and completed quickly and efficiently. The office staff and owner were a pleasure to speak to and had no troubles scheduling us last minute and kept us very informed of any updates. We will absolutely be calling back if we have any issues.

The service Tech Pete was great, polite and worked quickly. Service was great. Got the job done in a timely matter and the quality of workmanship is amazing! We are very pleased all around with Dependable Plumbing & Heating. We spoke with the owner Steve as well. He was very knowledgeable and polite, and answered any question we had.

We needed a new hot water heater ASAP! Was very pleased with the efficiency of the office about being kept in the loop and follow up calls. Was happy that we arrived quickly and we were able to install same day. Not only did Dependable Plumbing install the new water heater, they were able to supply one as well. Service was excellent but the total job cost compared to the guys was almost half the cost.

We contacted Dependable Plumbing & Heating for a leaking water line in the back of our refrigerator. The service was wonderful, They came to our home as they said they would and their staff and service Tech was very nice and neat, left everything clean. Tech did wonderful job, everything was amazing. Quality and efficient service and very pleased that we call back to follow up. Jamie in the office is pleasant and refreshing. We will definitely be using this company again!

We had an emergency heating issue. Our boiler stopped working in the middle of the night, in the middle of winter. With 2 small children at home, we called Dependable Plumbing & Heating’s 24 hour Emergency Line. We left a message with the service and were pleasantly surprised to get a call back from the owner Steve with in only a few minutes. At 2AM!!! He walked us over some trouble shooting over the phone, but we unable to resolve the issue. Steve told us he would be there in 30 minutes, and was there in 25! He got us up and running for the night and we scheduled the permanent repair for first thing the following morning. We couldn’t have been happier then to have heat for the night! In the morning the office gave us a call to let us know the service tech was on his way. The office was very friendly and professional. The service tech came out, made the repair and we were good to go. No more issues. The service was great. They really treat each customer with a sense of urgency and importance. We are so very pleased with their services we have made them our ONLY plumbing service we ever call. Thanks Dependable!

We had a small issue with the kitchen faucet. At first I thought it was too small of a job for a plumbing company. But seeing as I could not fix it myself, I called Dependable Plumbing & Heating. I spoke with Jamie in the office and it was great to hear that there was no job too big or small for them to handle. We scheduled same day. The service tech on site gave us a great quote. Not only were they able to provide me with a new kitchen faucet, they installed same day. The service was amazing, the quality was amazing and the staff was amazing. We are very pleased and would let all of my friends and family members know about them.

We own a home in Jersey City. When the city told us we had a leaking water main we didn’t know what to do. We were referred to Dependable Plumbing & Heating from a mutual friend. We called up and spoke with not only the office, which was very knowledgeable. We also spoke with the owner. They priced us reasonably and took care of expediting all the permits and any other obstacles. We were scheduled 2 days later and had everything from the digging, the repair to the refilling of the hole, taken care of in one day! We are so happy we called Dependable Plumbing & Heating.

Had an emergency back up in our toilet. It was 11pm and we called Dependable Plumbing’s Emergency Hotline. In only about 5 minutes we were called back by the company’s owner Steve. We told him our situation and he came out in no time. The price was right and the service was great! Over all a wonderful experience and we will definitely be calling back, should we need any further plumbing services

I had a severe clog in my sewer line. I was a little skeptical of using a service off Google, however after speaking to Jamie in the office and then having my questions answered before hand by both the office and the Owner Steve, I was happy to schedule. The tech was able to quote me on site and the pricing was very reasonable. I was even more pleased to be able to have the work done right then and there. The service tech was polite, friendly and professional. He had me fixed up in no time.
