Pro Gold Plus Plan

Pro Gold Plus Plan: 2 service visits per year for only .53 cents per day to avoid any hidden and potential costly disasters that can and will occur to your plumbing and heating systems.

Also receive 10% discount on all future repairs within this service plan.
Total yearly agreement plan for only $195.00 + applicable taxes.

Twice a year we will:

• Check all inside faucets for leaks and drips
• Check outside hose faucets for leaks and drips
• Check under-counter pipes for leaks and drips
• Check exposed hot & cold water supply lines in basement for leaks and drips
• Check all fixtures in house hold for running water
• Check water meter valves for leaks and drips
• Check all waste piping under bathroom and kitchen fixtures for leaks and drips

Plus your water heater:

• Check temperature & pressure safety relief valve
• Check for water leaks on water heaters
• Check the emergency shutoff valve
• Check the thermostat operation
• Check pilot on gas water heaters
• Check main burner on gas water heaters
• Check for gas leaks on gas water heaters
• Check operation of elements on electric water heaters
• Check condition of flu piping on gas water heater for any back draft or carbon monoxide leaks

Plus your boiler:

• Check your pilot assembly for clean burning flame
• Check your flu piping “chimney” for any back drafts and carbon monoxide leaks
• Check P.S.I. for hot water systems to ensure effective water pressure
• Check pressure relief valve for leaks or drips
• Check circulating pump on hot water systems for maximum water circulation and peak effiegency
• Check site glass for steam systems
• Check low water cut off on steam and hot water systems to ensure boiler does not catch fire due to low water!
• Each additional boiler to be inspected shall be subject to a $25.00 service fee and to be paid to service tech upon completion

Pro Platinum Plan

Pro Platinum Plan: 3 service visits per year for only .89 cents per day to avoid any hidden and potential costly disasters that can and will occur to your plumbing and heating systems.

Also receive 15% discount on all future repairs within this service plan.
Total yearly agreement plan for only $325.00 + applicable taxes.

Three time per year we will:

• Check all inside faucets for leaks and drips
• Check outside hose faucets for leaks and drips
• Check under-counter pipes for leaks and drips
• Check exposed hot & cold water supply lines in basement for leaks and drips
• ***Snake one toilet with closet auger for preventive toilet back-up***
• Each additional toilet for preventive maintenance shall be subject to a $25.00 fee and paid to service tech upon completion
• Check all fixtures in house hold for running water
• Check water meter valves for leaks and drips
• Check all waste piping under bathroom and kitchen fixtures for leaks and drips

Plus your water heater:

• Each additional water heaters to be inspected and or flushed shall be subject to a $25.00 inspection fee and to be paid to service tech upon completion

Affordable Clog Buster Plans

Residential Clog Buster Plan: 3 service visits per year for only $1.36 per day.

Check all plumbing fixture waste line traps in your home for potential and expensive drain cleaning clogs.
Total yearly agreement plan for only $495.00 + applicable taxes.
Also receive 5% discount on all future repairs within this service plan.

• Check all inside faucets for leaks and drips
• Check Bathtub pop-up and waste line for sluggish or slow drainage
• Check bathroom toilet for sluggish drainage or slow filling fill valve
• Check P- trap under kitchen sink for sluggish or slow drainage as well as any drips or leaks
• Check washer machine stand pipe for sluggish or slow drainage
• Check storm drains and area drains around your home for sluggish or slow drains
• Check aircondititioning condensate lines for sluggish or slow moving drains
• Check sump pumps and sewer ejectors for proper operations and peak performance
• Check main house trap for any grease build up and washer machine suds build up
• Snake 1 toilet in home for preventive maintenance within this plan

***Multi family dwellings*** 4 visits per year. Check and snake building house trap u-bend for preventive maintenance 1 toilet or floor drain per unit and 1 vertical waste stack of choice “floor drains and waste stack must be accessible for service tech at time of service” add an additional$145.00 per unit.

Commercial / Industrial / Restaurants / Hair Salons Clog Buster plan: 4 times per year for only $3.55 per day.

Total yearly agreement plan for only $1295.00 + applicable taxes.

• Check area drains in your establishment for sluggish or slow drains
• Check all hair sinks for sluggish or slow drainage
• Check bar sinks for sluggish or slow drainage
• Check walk in freezer area drain for sluggish or slow drainage
• Check all drinking fountains waste lines for sluggish or slow drainage
